As an experienced Development & Communications Professional, Layla has a proven track record in both the nonprofit and private sectors. Her skills span Arabic language proficiency, leadership, event planning, communications, and data analysis. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Seattle University, where she focused on honing my nonprofit management skills. She is deeply committed to advancing social, economic, and racial justice through her work.

David Gates

David lives in Kenmore and is enthusiastic about working with nonprofits throughout Washington. He’s particularly passionate about programs that focus on housing, public education, and environmental issues. He holds an M.Ed. and has been working directly with nonprofits throughout the country since 2021. He spends his free time enjoying the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and camping.

Amanda Pile

Amanda, a Washington native, resides in Kitsap County and boasts a rich background in nonprofit work, particularly in mental and behavioral health. Starting with direct service, she progressively transitioned into administrative roles and specialized in data and analytics. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Communications, focusing on qualitative research, equipping her to help organizations maximize their resources effectively. Amanda enjoys cooking, gardening, and cycling with her partner outside of her professional life.

Licia brings over a decade of nonprofit leadership experience to our team, having served in roles such as Executive Director, Deputy Director, and Board Chair. Her passion for outdoor education, climate and energy policy, and environmental justice has driven her work with organizations like Washington State Parks and Lewis & Clark Law School's Green Energy Institute, aligning closely with our commitment to community and equity-centered initiatives.
When not applying her expertise to enhance our clients' impact, Licia engages in outdoor educational programs and enjoys gardening, hiking, and camping. Her profound dedication and leadership are invaluable assets to our team and the communities we serve.

Dani has years of experience in education, youth development, marketing, and nonprofit leadership. Her specialty is filling needs gaps, with a particular emphasis on visual communication. Her design work is coupled with a strong research component and utilizes data-backed methods for optimum engagement.
